Summary

ZombieLove AI turns two portraits into a short zombie love story video. Portraits are the most sensitive data we handle, so we keep them only as long as needed to make your video. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect

1. Account information — your email address and name, used to sign you in and keep your videos in your account.
2. Portraits you upload — the two photos you choose for a story. Photos you select stay in your browser until you submit a creation.
3. Videos you create — the generated video and its status, linked to your account so you can find it again in My videos.
4. Payment records — order and credit records. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
5. Essential cookies — used to keep you signed in and remember your language.

How we use portraits

• Portraits are uploaded only when you submit a creation.
• They are stored in private storage that is not publicly listed, and are sent to our AI video provider only to generate your video.
• Uploaded portraits are automatically scheduled for deletion 3 days after upload.
• We do not use your portraits to train AI models, and we do not use them for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, database and private storage), an AI video generation provider (to create your video), and Stripe (payments). They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

Your choices

• You can ask us to delete your account, your videos, or any remaining portraits at any time.
• Do not upload a photo of someone unless you have their permission. Anyone shown in a portrait may ask us to remove it.

Children

The service is for adults (18+). Photos of minors are not allowed.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
