Acceptance of terms

By using ZombieLove AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

ZombieLove AI creates a short, fictional zombie love story video from two portraits you provide. Results are generated by AI and can vary: faces, hands, motion and transitions may not match your photos exactly. Review the sample on our homepage before you buy.

Your photos and permission

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• Upload only portraits of adults (18+).
• You must own each photo or have permission from every person shown to use it this way.
• Do not upload photos of public figures or anyone else in order to impersonate, harass, deceive or embarrass them.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create sexual, hateful, harassing, defamatory or otherwise unlawful content, to mislead people into believing a video is real footage, or to infringe anyone's rights. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

Purchases and credits

Videos are sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Each purchase adds credits to your account, and creating a video uses one credit. If a video fails to generate, the credit is returned to your account automatically. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Your videos

You may use videos you create for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you follow these terms. You remain responsible for how you share them.

Availability

We may change, pause or discontinue parts of the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZombieLove AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change.
